In memoriam
Our past petsWe remember, pay respect, and honor…
…the pets that have shared our lives and so much more. Indeed, they have helped shape our lives, but they are no longer with us…
…and, as God as our witness, we will never forget them.
Semper Memoria
Memories in the either
I have often wondered about the best way to memorialize our pets, documenting that they were here with us once upon a time, and working toward preserving our memories of them. This is one of the ways that we do so. Whether it is the best way, I’ll keep wondering.
Is it painful to remember?
Yes it is. But, it is also a part of the grieving process and the healing process. When I have neglected to write about our pets in the past, I have always regretted it later.
Is it worth it, having pets?
Without a doubt, it is. There can be no minimizing the pain that we go through when we lose one of our beloved pets. The pain is deep and raw; at times it can seem unbearable. But the years of joy that our special companions bring into our lives is priceless and cannot be compared to the loss and grief. The joy and happiness far outweighs the other.

Our Late Special Companions
These are our beloved pets from days gone by. They are gone, but not forgotten. Each and every one of these wonderful dogs were a very important part of our lives when they were with us, and they were loved very much.
May they all Rest in Peace.
